Pricing

The rates are on the site. That is unusual, and it is deliberate.

In this category almost nobody publishes a number. The reason is that the number gets adjusted to what the buyer looks like they can afford. One published rate removes that possibility, so here it is.

Website builds

Builds are quoted, not sold off a shelf — the number depends on page count and how much of the copy you bring. The bands below are where projects land, and you get a fixed figure in writing before anything starts. Every build includes the 90+ checker score in the contract.

Essential build

$2,500-4,000

Up to 5 pages · 3-4 weeks

Home, services, about, contact and one more. Static, schema, scored before launch. You supply the facts, we shape the copy.

Wrong for you if you need a blog you update weekly.

Enquire

Standard build

$4,000-8,000

6-12 pages plus blog · 5-7 weeks

Everything above, plus a publishing setup, service or location pages, and copy structured page by page to answer specific questions.

Wrong for you if you need e-commerce or user accounts.

Rebuild after an audit

Build price less $750

Audit fee credited in full

If the audit concludes your site cannot be optimised into shape, the $750 comes off the build. You never pay twice for the same diagnosis.

Wrong for you if the audit says fixing is cheaper — which it usually does.

Enquire

Optimising a site you already have

Fixed prices, because diagnosis and repair are predictable in a way that a build is not.

Audit

$750

One-off · 5 working days

Full structural diagnosis of every template, your measured AI Overview exposure, and a prioritised fix list.

Wrong for you if you already know what is broken and just need it done.

Enquire

Sprint · most people want this

$2,400

One-off · 3-4 weeks

The audit plus the changes made: schema shipped, top 10 pages restructured, technical fixes live, before-and-after measured.

Wrong for you if you publish weekly and need someone keeping pace.

Enquire

Retainer

$2,900/mo

Rolling · cancel any month

Four to six pages a month, citation monitoring across four engines, schema maintained, reporting that leads with failures.

Wrong for you if your site is stable and small — buy the sprint once instead.

Being cheaper is not the pitch. These rates sit at the low end of the market because I am one person with no overhead, not because the work is thinner. If you want a team, account management and a Slack channel with five people in it, hire an agency — that is a real thing to want and I cannot provide it.

Questions people ask before paying

Do you guarantee results?

No, and neither can anyone else. Rankings and AI citations are decided by systems no vendor controls. What I guarantee is the deliverables list and that the measurement baseline is yours to keep.

What if the audit says my site is fine?

Then the audit says your site is fine, you have a document proving it, and I do not try to sell you a sprint. This happens and it is a good outcome for both of us.

What happens if a build misses the 90 score?

It does not launch until it clears. The threshold is in the contract, the tool is public, and you can verify it yourself the day after handover. That is the whole reason the checker is free rather than gated.

Why is the retainer rolling rather than a 6-month contract?

Because a minimum term protects the supplier, not you. If the work is producing something, you will stay.
